Shipping Policy – Vintage Wholesale
1️⃣ Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 §business days after full payment is received.
- You will be notified with a shipping number once we have fulfilled your order.
2️⃣ Delivery Time
- Orders will be received within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or peak seasons.
3️⃣ Shipping Costs & VAT
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4️⃣ Tracking & Updates
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- You will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.
5️⃣ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- We are not responsible for courier delays but will assist where possible.
- If your package arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos for review.
6️⃣ International Shipping & Customs
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Customs delays may extend delivery times beyond our estimates.
7️⃣ Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the buyer must cover re-delivery costs.
