Shipping Policy – Vintage Wholesale

1️⃣ Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 §business days after full payment is received.
  • You will be notified with a shipping number once we have fulfilled your order.

2️⃣ Delivery Time

  • Orders will be received within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or peak seasons.

3️⃣ Shipping Costs & VAT

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

4️⃣ Tracking & Updates

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • You will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.

5️⃣ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not responsible for courier delays but will assist where possible.
  • If your package arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos for review.

6️⃣ International Shipping & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Customs delays may extend delivery times beyond our estimates.

7️⃣ Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the buyer must cover re-delivery costs.
